The Taj Holiday Village with its Portuguese-Goan terracotta-roofed cottages is a 45-minute drive from the airport. The 38-acre complex houses 140 villa rooms, set in beautifully landscaped gardens.

ACCOMMODATION

140 rooms in a cluster of villas. Comprises independent one bedroom villas, two bedroom interconnected units, three and four bedroom units and even a six and eight bedroom block for larger groups. All these are air conditioned. All villas are elegantly appointed, have international direct dial facility, channel music, colour television with satellite programmes. Room service till 11 pm; laundry service till 8 pm.

Caravela : On the beach front, serves intoxicating cocktails and seafood..

The Beach House : Serves Continental, Indian and Goan cuisine and a sizzling barbecue of the best catch of the day.

The Banyan Tree : Set under a huge banyan tree, surrounded by a shimmering fish pond, this charming restaurant serves Thai and Chinese cuisine.

A swimming pool, a sports complex offering water sports para sailing, wind surfing, water skiing, jet skis, water scooters, boating; tennis, squash, badminton, table tennis, billiards, gold (five hold course); a fitness centre with sauna, steam, jacuzzi and a gymnasium.

MEETING ROOMS & BANQUET FACILITIES

A conference room with a capacity of 40 persons auditorium style or 50 persons for cocktails/receptions. Beach parties/barbecues can be arranged.
